1. Scope of this policy
Super App Vision (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides mobile applications and related services. This Privacy Policy applies to the apps named above, their official Google Play listings, and any related support communication. If an app has an additional in-app privacy notice, that notice applies to the specific feature described there.
By downloading or using an app, you acknowledge this policy. We encourage you to read it before granting any device permission.
2. Information an app may process
The information processed depends on the app and the features you choose to use. It may include:
- device and technical information, such as device model, operating system version, language, crash logs, and app performance data;
- information you provide when contacting support, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your request;
- content you choose to scan, capture, analyze, create, or import while using a feature; and
- identifiers or usage information required to operate, secure, measure, or improve an app.
3. How information is used
Information is used only for legitimate purposes connected with providing the apps: operating requested features, maintaining security, responding to support requests, diagnosing errors, preventing misuse, and improving reliability and usability. We do not use information in a way that is incompatible with the purpose for which it was collected without providing an appropriate notice or obtaining consent where required.
4. Sharing and third parties
We do not sell personal information. We may use carefully selected service providers for functions such as hosting, crash reporting, analytics, advertising, or customer support. Where used, these providers may process limited information only to perform services for us and under their own applicable terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users and our services, or as part of a business transfer permitted by applicable law.
5. Device permissions
Apps may request permissions such as camera, photos/media, storage, microphone, notifications, or phone-related access when needed for a clearly presented feature. Permission prompts are handled by Android. An app will not access a protected device capability unless permission has been granted, subject to Android’s platform rules.
6. Your choices and rights
You can control app permissions in Android settings, stop using an app, or uninstall it at any time. Depending on your location and the information involved, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing. To make a request, email us with the app name and enough information for us to verify and respond to your request.
If an app offers account creation, account-deletion options will be made available within the app or through the contact route below, subject to any legal retention requirement.
7. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
8. Terms of use
You may use our apps only in compliance with applicable laws, the Google Play Terms of Service, and these terms. Do not misuse the apps, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer where prohibited by law, or use an app to harm another person or system.
Apps are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We may update this policy and these terms when our services, legal obligations, or privacy practices change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
